Ingredients:
• 2 kg mushrooms;
• 1.5 kg cabbage;
• 1 kg carrots;
• 0.5 kg onions.
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the mushrooms.
2. Finely chop everything and simmer in vegetable oil for about an hour.
3. Salt to taste.
4. Put hot in jars, roll up.
